Ticketing Coordinator – Visitor Experience Department

The position

Under the leadership of the Manager of the Visitor Experience Team, the Ticketing Coordinator performs duties relating to the National Gallery of Australia’s (NGA) ticketing systems, Ticketek and ENTA. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with both Ticketek and ENTA staff and also liaises with internal NGA stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have sound knowledge of, and experience with, ticketing, database and spreadsheet software including maintenance of ticketing systems and the ability to undertake reporting and trend analysis. Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work with initiative under limited supervision; and the ability to assist in resource planning and budgeting will be required.

This is part-time (30 hours per week), ongoing employment opportunity available within the Engagement and Development Portfolio.
