Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots grated
  • 1 large Bunch Radish sliced with vegetable peeler
  • 1/2 cup Dill chopped
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • 2 Betroot grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
