What You Want To Know About A MicropenisPlus tips for micropenised men on how to satisfy your woman!

Much like boobs for women, men can’t choose his “package”.

See, if you have big or small boobs, it’s not for you to pick — it’s the genes, it’s nature.

This is so true for men too. They can’t choose what size they want to come into the world with. Some come in “big”, others in “small” packages. And that’s why people have names for it — anaconda, burrito, candle — or whatnot to describe it. But there’s one single name that really caught our attention — the micropenis.

Now, just what is a micropenis?

Seeing the word micro, a micropenis means an unusually small penis. It is a term used when the rest of the penis, scrotum, and perineum are without ambiguity, such as hypospadias.

When measured, its erect penile length is smaller than about 7 cm (2 34 in) for an adult when compared with an average erection of 12.5 cm (5 in) and 9.31cm (or 3.66-inches) in circumference of a human penis size.

This is a condition that is commonly recognised shortly after birth and happens to about 0.6% of males.

What causes it?

Among the conditions associated with micropenis is low prenatal androgen production, including abnormal testicular development (testicular dysgenesis), Klinefelter syndrome, Leydig cell hypoplasia), specific defects of testosterone or dihydrotestosterone synthesis (17,20-lyase deficiency5α-reductase deficiency), androgen insensitivity syndromes, inadequate pituitary stimulation (gonadotropin deficiency), and other forms of congenital hypogonadism.

It can happen as part of genetic malformations that do not involve the sex chromosomes, but as a sign of congenital growth-hormone deficiency or congenital hypopituitarism.

Some oestrogen-based fertility drugs such as diethylstilbestrol (DES) has also been linked to this.

However, boys having small penises doesn’t necessarily mean they have the micropenis condition. Some 14 to 18-year-old boys who were referred were explained by one of the following:

  • a penis concealed in suprapubic fat (extra fat around the mons pubis)
  • they have a large body and frame which makes their prepubertal penis appear really small
  • delayed puberty

Is it treatable?

Hormone treatment

The testosterone and growth hormones are among those responsible for the growth of the penis before birth, during childhood and puberty. If the micropenis condition is recognised in infancy, whatever the cause is, hormones, such as human chorionic gonadotropin and testosterone, can be administered (usually no more than 3 months), which usually gives a small amount of growth, although there’s no guarantee that it will achieve the normal size.

Surgery

Since hormone treatment doesn’t help that much in achieving the average penis size, a surgery can be performed such as phalloplasty for penis enlargement, although it is not generally considered successful enough and is rarely done during childhood.

So, what to do now?

Well, as for the women we asked if penis size matters, they all say it all boils down to giving the greatest performance of their lives. Men good in bed are the better lovers, they say.

So, since the probability of micropenises getting a huge boost is closer to zero, we’ve found some interesting tips on how to dance in the sheets real good straight from the horse’s mouth. In the Daily Star, a micropenised guy, Jim, shared his sex secrets on how he pleased his woman.

1. Know how to pleasure your woman.

It’s not just going to town down there and not ever really feeling your woman. Learn all the basics first. Get to know her anatomy and keep in mind her erogenous areas. This way, you’ll learn how to hit the spot.

“When you can’t rely on what God gave you to hit the spot, you are morally and ethically obligated to hit the spot by any means necessary,” Jim told Men’s Health. “As a micropenised, you have to be willing to be anything goes sexually. Leave your hang ups at the door.”

Don’t worry you’ll get the hang of it.

2. Make time for a good foreplay.

It’s important for your woman to be in the mood before you actually do the do. So, make your foreplay one she won’t ever forget.

3. Experiment in your sex positions.

Not all sex positions would work for micropenised men. So try to look for what’s best for you and your woman. You can try these:

  • Spooning. This is when your woman has her legs closed and you enter from behind, causing the friction to be greater.
  • Deep Thrust. Put and spread your woman’s legs at the height of your neck as you enter at an angle, allowing the penis to go deeper.
  • Doggy. Your woman will be on all fours as you enter from behind. Keep her legs closed as tightly as possible to have the maximum amount of friction.
  • The screw. As you enter, slightly twist her body to the side with her legs closed. This will make penetrative sex more pleasurable.
  • Anal. You can even do anal (if you’re up for it) since you don’t have to worry about the size.

4. Be confident.

Yep, we know how being micropenised can cut your self-confidence into half if not all, but if you can just let it slide and think about being comfortable in your own skin, you’ll realise how great a man you are. Just because his dong is bigger doesn’t mean he’s better. Remember: most women don’t care about size, it’s about your performance.

5. There’s a right girl for you.

You may have been turned down not once, twice, thrice, many times, but don’t take it too seriously. Somewhere in this wide world, someone is there waiting for you.

“The right guy for her is out there, and so is the right girl for you,” Jim said.
